Open on Remote only works from the editor title menu and links the cursor line. Offer Open on Remote, Copy Remote Link and Copy Permalink from the line-number gutter and the editor context menu, for a line or the selection, where a permalink pins the bookmark's current state (as OxygenHub's own permalinks do), and say when uncommitted edits may shift the lines.
