deb: name the machine's architecture in the apt source 8177f8177a07

The source the .deb writes had no Architectures line, so on a machine
with foreign architectures enabled (i386 on most amd64 systems) apt
asked the repository for them and printed a notice on every update.
New installs write this machine's architecture; an upgrade adds the
line to a source written before.
