Windows: oxy's home in APPDATA abaa8d517631
With no HOME, as is usual on Windows, oxy fell back to the current directory for its configuration and keys. It uses %APPDATA%\oxy (or the user profile) there; elsewhere it is unchanged. oxy builds for x86_64-pc-windows-gnu and aarch64-apple-darwin as it is.
