OXYGENHUB

Tests report coverage to the hub dfa3e8e95d80

The test job runs the same tests under cargo llvm-cov and keeps the
LCOV report as its coverage artifact, which OxygenHub's Coverage tab
reads (oxygenhub#113). The build image with the coverage tools is pinned
(7705d699). Locally the whole suite passes instrumented: 82.0% of lines.
