See as swimlanes (independent work side by side)

Checkout: files added once are written from their text, new files written in parallel (refs #41)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 091fef80755d
Verify a Git import from each parent's state
Andy McCall ·
✔ 57d8dc05c9d4
Read a large change once for all of a checkout's batches
Andy McCall ·
✔ 519c7c061bcb
Encode a large change once, and store it on every core
Andy McCall ·
✔ 192fad1e46a2
Log, blame and fsck at the scale of the Linux tree
Andy McCall ·
✔ 69816d688300
Read a change's skeleton for history-only states
Andy McCall ·
✔ a4fad5b085c7
Check out only what differs, a batch at a time
Andy McCall ·
✔ c5ce0367eddf
Status after a large commit without reading or holding its text
Andy McCall ·
✔ 86e1824f2d0b
Store large inserts as text blobs (change format 2)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6f8aeb996558
Git import: shared graphs, deterministic node ids; quieter status
Andy McCall ·
✔ dfb23a3a8cfa
Status snapshots skip files unchanged since the manifest
Andy McCall ·
✔ cc7a00565161
History-only states: log, log of a path and blame_in load changes and tree only, deferring file edits; load_graphs builds the graphs a command needs from checkpoint blobs or by replay, identical to a full load; an unloaded graph is never read as empty
Andy McCall ·
✔ e8d38e47e9d7
Checkpoint payload version 2: large file graphs as shared blobs named from an index, read in parallel (loose and packed) and decoded in parallel; version 1 still read; gc, fsck and shallow-clone bundles carry the graph blobs (spec 11, Draft 0.8j)
Andy McCall ·
✔ afaba5f1306d
Faster state loading: seeded fast hashing for the file graphs, no unused predecessor map, inline successor sets, lines moved rather than copied; OXY_TIMINGS=1 prints snapshot phase timings. Clean status at 10 000 files 0.96 s to 0.52 s, memory 657 to 239 MB
Andy McCall ·
✔ 0bdc3f91a39f
Git import verified commit by commit; two dependency bugs fixed
Andy McCall ·
✔ 62794ecc7f74
Snapshots use every core
Andy McCall ·
✔ e7ddd552b619
Commit and status no longer slow down with the number of heads
Andy McCall ·
✔ 07eb99be126e
Roadmap: phase A done
Andy McCall ·
✔ 9d333fc9ca1b
State is Send + Sync; shared lane layout; log_window resolution
Andy McCall ·
✔ 119bbf50cb86
Unbound hosted repositories adopt the first pusher's id
Andy McCall ·
✔ 75167672ebcd
Subrepositories: subrepo node kind with Oxygen and Git pins, .oxymodules, nested repositories skipped by the walker and moved by checkout, oxy submodule add|update|status|remove, Git gitlink import and export (spec 0.8 section 7.8)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 4dee277c327a
Spec review pass (Draft 0.7): oxy status --json, section 24 aligned with the CLI, reference implementation status table, capabilities and snapshot wording aligned with the implementation
Andy McCall ·
✔ 50a046e439e9
Checkpoints: serialized states per bookmark, automatic every core.checkpoint-interval changes, oxy checkpoint, checkpoint-accelerated load_state; states keep change metadata only
Andy McCall ·
✔ 252e8cb23fbc
Git bridge, import side: oxy git import with merge commits as resolutions, Change-Id trailers, batched blob reads
Andy McCall ·
✔ c3069537d7c5
Import the Oxygen specification and the first Rust implementation (root change)
unknown ·
◈ ff0af1ee299d
Conflict resolution by editing marked files; working copy stays on its own base after commit; oxy resolve
Andy McCall ·
✔ 20247a03a596
Reuse NodeIds across snapshots, make undo skip snapshot ops, clippy fixes
unknown ·
