Stat cache for text files: a stat-clean file whose recorded hash is the base's rendering takes the base's bytes instead of being read; edits are always read (spec 12.4) head

✔ 696bbf29d3eb
Faster state loading: seeded fast hashing for the file graphs, no unused predecessor map, inline successor sets, lines moved rather than copied; OXY_TIMINGS=1 prints snapshot phase timings. Clean status at 10 000 files 0.96 s to 0.52 s, memory 657 to 239 MB
Andy McCall ·
✔ 0bdc3f91a39f
History and blame of a loaded state: log_of, log_for_path_of with a limit, and blame_of find the path in the tree alone and render nothing else; the *_in forms load once instead of twice
