See as swimlanes (independent work side by side)

Rebase derives the change from the target state with and without it, so the target's own lines survive; spec wording to match; the previous commit's test was failing head
Andy McCall ·
✔ 8b678b298fee
Squash and rebase (spec 0.8 section 8.5): squash folds a change into a dependency with dependents following its atoms; rebase re-derives a change against another base with content-matched correspondence; correspondences keyed by node; spec 0.8a and docs
Andy McCall ·
✔ 728da0f92161
Partial and interactive commits (commit PATH.., commit -i with hunk closure), oxy blame from atom keys, oxy bisect over dependency-closed prefixes with run and skip (spec 0.8 sections 12.3 and 27)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 957fee30826e
Subrepositories: subrepo node kind with Oxygen and Git pins, .oxymodules, nested repositories skipped by the walker and moved by checkout, oxy submodule add|update|status|remove, Git gitlink import and export (spec 0.8 section 7.8)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 4dee277c327a
Docs: bookmarks in the guide, spec status table, plan
Andy McCall ·
✔ fbda43e7d8ed
Lazy blobs: clone --max-blob / filter.max-blob, absent-blob registry fetched on first read, objects endpoint (spec 0.6e)
Andy McCall ·
✔ b3c5a59a875a
Spec Draft 0.8: subrepositories, squash and rebase, multiple bookmarks and merge, partial commits, blame and bisect; phase 2 plan
Andy McCall ·
✔ 86fe29fd62ea
Ignore rules apply to untracked paths only: tracked files hidden by .oxyignore stay tracked in snapshots, amend, checkout manifests and the prompt
Andy McCall ·
✔ 9ac1fbe211b4
Spec review pass (Draft 0.7): oxy status --json, section 24 aligned with the CLI, reference implementation status table, capabilities and snapshot wording aligned with the implementation
Andy McCall ·
✔ 50a046e439e9
Snapshot: the manifest is a stat cache; unchanged opaque files are not read and contribute their recorded blob, with a two-second racy-stat window (status on 1 GiB 2.4 s to 4 ms; spec 0.6s)
Andy McCall ·
✔ b7f102fcbb17
Store: write batches for snapshots, fetched bundles, Git imports and checkpoints; large batches become one pack with a single fsync (1 GiB commit 63 s to 8.8 s on SSD; spec 0.6r)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 8f10a07a1dbe
Hardening: CBOR and pack corruption tests, index bounds validation, concurrent HTTP push test, 1 GiB benchmark (spec 0.6q)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 2b872d074ddb
Git bridge: oxy git fetch and oxy git push against a Git remote through a bare mirror, incremental import seeded by imported and exported commits, export chained onto fetched tips (spec 0.6p)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 30ea9c1e70fa
Rename detection: a removed and an added file at least 50% alike become a Move of the existing node, on snapshots and Git import; Renamed status (spec 0.6o)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6e723b81f5b9
History editing: orphaned references on rewrite are reified by re-anchoring (nearest surviving line of the chain, else the chain's anchors; vanished nodes drop their edits) and reported as notes instead of refused (spec 0.6m)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6706bdcfb63e
Identity lifecycle: rotate, renew, delegates, revoke; expiry checks; policy roots, thresholds, proposals and oxy policy sign; policy chains served on refs and carried in push bundles (spec 0.6n)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 28fc23d7706a
History editing: oxy amend --into folds the working copy into an older change with dependents rewritten; oxy split; graph: delete/insert conflicts only between commuting changes (spec 0.6l)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 23b217d75848
Hooks: pre-commit, post-commit, pre-push, post-fetch, post-checkout with JSON payloads; semantic-deps hook behind hooks.semantic-deps (spec 0.6k)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6d3eefbce2f0
