submodule status and doctor before the first commit
Andy McCall ·
✔ e7ac6c2e84e4
Merges move clean working copies; checkouts say what blocks them
Andy McCall ·
✔ 1c2bd9abdd4f
bookmark switch --carry takes uncommitted work along
Andy McCall ·
✔ 61e3bce7ea5b
Delete bookmarks on a remote: oxy push REMOTE --delete NAME
Andy McCall ·
✔ f8c695764c95
Bookmarks with / in their names push and checkpoint
Andy McCall ·
✔ 54cd08a1e7bf
Status snapshots skip files unchanged since the manifest
Andy McCall ·
✔ cc7a00565161
identity export (and every identity lookup) falls back to the key directory in a repository that has not stored the identity yet, checking it hashes to the key; its help names the file it writes
Andy McCall ·
✔ e3d071cecfe2
Checkpoint payload version 2: large file graphs as shared blobs named from an index, read in parallel (loose and packed) and decoded in parallel; version 1 still read; gc, fsck and shallow-clone bundles carry the graph blobs (spec 11, Draft 0.8j)
Andy McCall ·
✔ afaba5f1306d
Stat cache for text files: a stat-clean file whose recorded hash is the base's rendering takes the base's bytes instead of being read; edits are always read (spec 12.4)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 696bbf29d3eb
History and blame of a loaded state: log_of, log_for_path_of with a limit, and blame_of find the path in the tree alone and render nothing else; the *_in forms load once instead of twice
Andy McCall ·
✔ bc489b6c7f69
Portability: exec bits, symlinks and path names on macOS and Windows
Andy McCall ·
✔ c863c7a7a2d1
Git import verified commit by commit; two dependency bugs fixed
Andy McCall ·
✔ 62794ecc7f74
oxy doctor, and failures that say what to do next
Andy McCall ·
✔ 3e5772ccf9da
Concurrent commands no longer lose operations
Andy McCall ·
✔ 19555025a2ac
Crash safety: durable writes and the op head as commit point
Andy McCall ·
✔ 4dcb8c0916b7
oxy fsck: check a repository's integrity
Andy McCall ·
✔ 387335ff7f4d
Seals adopt anonymous changes; oxy seal command resolution
Andy McCall ·
✔ 05e71ed6cdf1
Unbound hosted repositories adopt the first pusher's id
Andy McCall ·
✔ 75167672ebcd
Tags: an unsigned repository keeps the tag message by storing the attestation unsigned; unsigned attestations are not advertised to remotes
Andy McCall ·
✔ c792033af344
Partial commits: a chosen addition hunk carries the new node's content, so a new file is never committed empty
Andy McCall ·
✔ d8c086ca3eb2
Rebase derives the change from the target state with and without it, so the target's own lines survive; spec wording to match; the previous commit's test was failing
Andy McCall ·
✔ 8b678b298fee
Squash and rebase (spec 0.8 section 8.5): squash folds a change into a dependency with dependents following its atoms; rebase re-derives a change against another base with content-matched correspondence; correspondences keyed by node; spec 0.8a and docs
Andy McCall ·
✔ 728da0f92161
Partial and interactive commits (commit PATH.., commit -i with hunk closure), oxy blame from atom keys, oxy bisect over dependency-closed prefixes with run and skip (spec 0.8 sections 12.3 and 27)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 957fee30826e
Subrepositories: subrepo node kind with Oxygen and Git pins, .oxymodules, nested repositories skipped by the walker and moved by checkout, oxy submodule add|update|status|remove, Git gitlink import and export (spec 0.8 section 7.8)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 4dee277c327a
Bookmarks: any number per repository, per-workspace current bookmark (bookmark create|set|delete|list|switch), oxy merge as union of heads, bookmark names resolve everywhere, push -b (spec 0.8 section 10.1)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 7b9809e67c3d
Lazy blobs: clone --max-blob / filter.max-blob, absent-blob registry fetched on first read, objects endpoint (spec 0.6e)
Andy McCall ·
✔ b3c5a59a875a
History editing: oxy split works on any change, splitting a non-head by node with dependents rewritten exactly
Andy McCall ·
✔ b837d2b55853
Ignore rules apply to untracked paths only: tracked files hidden by .oxyignore stay tracked in snapshots, amend, checkout manifests and the prompt
Andy McCall ·
✔ 9ac1fbe211b4
Spec review pass (Draft 0.7): oxy status --json, section 24 aligned with the CLI, reference implementation status table, capabilities and snapshot wording aligned with the implementation
Andy McCall ·
✔ 50a046e439e9
Snapshot: the manifest is a stat cache; unchanged opaque files are not read and contribute their recorded blob, with a two-second racy-stat window (status on 1 GiB 2.4 s to 4 ms; spec 0.6s)
Andy McCall ·
✔ b7f102fcbb17
Hardening: CBOR and pack corruption tests, index bounds validation, concurrent HTTP push test, 1 GiB benchmark (spec 0.6q)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 2b872d074ddb
Git bridge: oxy git fetch and oxy git push against a Git remote through a bare mirror, incremental import seeded by imported and exported commits, export chained onto fetched tips (spec 0.6p)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 30ea9c1e70fa
Rename detection: a removed and an added file at least 50% alike become a Move of the existing node, on snapshots and Git import; Renamed status (spec 0.6o)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6e723b81f5b9
History editing: orphaned references on rewrite are reified by re-anchoring (nearest surviving line of the chain, else the chain's anchors; vanished nodes drop their edits) and reported as notes instead of refused (spec 0.6m)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6706bdcfb63e
Identity lifecycle: rotate, renew, delegates, revoke; expiry checks; policy roots, thresholds, proposals and oxy policy sign; policy chains served on refs and carried in push bundles (spec 0.6n)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 28fc23d7706a
History editing: oxy amend --into folds the working copy into an older change with dependents rewritten; oxy split; graph: delete/insert conflicts only between commuting changes (spec 0.6l)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 23b217d75848
Hooks: pre-commit, post-commit, pre-push, post-fetch, post-checkout with JSON payloads; semantic-deps hook behind hooks.semantic-deps (spec 0.6k)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 6d3eefbce2f0
.oxyattributes: binary, text, eol=lf|crlf, nocompress (raw chunks in packs), lockable with advisory local oxy lock/unlock (spec 0.6j)
Andy McCall ·

Andy McCall ·

Andy McCall ·
✔ 2863456a0f6d
Test: assert! instead of assert_eq! on a bool
Andy McCall ·
✔ 5259a3af8ee6
Sparse checkout: filter.paths, clone --sparse (implies lazy blobs), oxy sparse, scope-aware snapshot/checkout/prompt (spec 0.6f)
Andy McCall ·
✔ 7421309f5372
Pack merging above 16 packs; modern CLI presentation (colour, spinners, --plain, NO_COLOR); oxy prompt with manifest-based dirty check and docs/prompt.md
Andy McCall ·
✔ 135212de5370
Checkpoints: serialized states per bookmark, automatic every core.checkpoint-interval changes, oxy checkpoint, checkpoint-accelerated load_state; states keep change metadata only
Andy McCall ·
