History of clone 8 changes

In src/cli/sync.rs, lines 11–74 on switch-says. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 11,74:src/cli/sync.rs.

Remote bookmarks work like local ones; a newer format names the oxy that cannot read it (closes #48, closes #49)
