In src/cli/sync.rs, lines 733–739 on v0.3.0. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 733,739:src/cli/sync.rs.

Remote bookmarks work like local ones; a newer format names the oxy that cannot read it (closes #48, closes #49)
