A clean oxy status at 10 000 files spends 317 ms loading every file graph of the base and 91 ms rendering them, although almost every file is unchanged.
Record per file, in the manifest, the key of the base graph it was found equal to. When a file's stat and key both still match, don't read or render it. Use this for status, log, show, tag and bookmark first; commit and diff follow in O10h.
