Pushing a bookmark with / in its name (e.g. feature/x) fails with io: No such file or directory.
set_ref_attest writes .oxy/attest/<bookmark> but creates only .oxy/attest/, never attest/feature/. Checkpoint pointers have the same problem. Reported by Andy, reproduced against oxy serve.
