oxy bookmark delete removes a bookmark only locally. Neither oxy nor the hub can delete a bookmark on a remote, so bookmarks like metalgear's flow-first-run stay forever. Andy asked for this.

Add oxy push REMOTE --delete NAME: an attested update to the zero state, never the remote's default bookmark. The hub gets a delete button on its bookmarks page (separate issue).
