A new subrepo is left out of a commit that also adds its
.oxymodulesentry, even when the subrepo's path is named.Seen 2026-10-26 making tetriblox's 158 bookmarks Oxygen-native (oxy 0.7.0):
oxy submodule remove rstar-api, then commit: the Git pin's removal is recorded.rstar-api(a clone, its.oxyinside), write its.oxymodulesentry, andoxy commit -m … .oxymodules rstar-api..oxymodulesonly.oxy statusstill shows+ added rstar-api.oxy commit -m … rstar-apistraight after records the pin (A rstar-api (Subrepo, opaque)).oxy submodule add URL PATHthenoxy commitwithout paths does the same: the first commit records.oxymodules, and the pin needs a second commit.submodule addsays "recorded in .oxymodules; commit to pin it", which reads as one commit.Expected: a commit that adds a
.oxymodulesentry and names (or includes) the subrepo's path records the pin in the same change. Otherwise, say plainly what to commit next.Probably: the snapshot decides whether a directory is a subrepo from the committed
.oxymodules, not from the working copy's.
