Part two of git operability (oxygenhub#355, Andy's drop): oxy git colocate keeps a .git beside .oxy, exporting the current bookmark after every oxy command, HEAD and index set so git status shows only uncommitted work and editors' Git features work. One way (oxy to Git). oxy never takes .git as content, and checkout refuses .git path components (hook planting).
