From metalgear's feedback:
Item 4: a build needs "which tag is this, or which bookmark and change". oxy show v0.1.0 fails because tags are not accepted as changes. tag list --plain shows a state hash that matches nothing in oxy log. Each project writes about 40 lines of tooling.
Item 6:oxy commit has no -F.
Add oxy describe naming, tags as changes, heads in tag list, and commit -F.
