Backlog P4a, the first part of signed Flow receipts. OxygenFlow's receipt (its spec §6.1) becomes an Oxygen object type. An attestation of kind receipt binds a receipt to the state it ran on, signed by the runner's identity. A signed receipt carries the runner's identity, so it verifies on its own. Repositories keep receipts by state (gc keeps them with their changes), and oxy receipt list|show|export|verify|import reads and exchanges them. Spec §14.6, Draft 0.8o.
