oxygenhub-android review (2026-09-30): cargo new made rust-core/.git, and oxy skips any folder containing .git as a nested Git repository (repo/mod.rs walker), so rust-core's source was never tracked and nothing said so. oxy status, commit and add should name such a folder (untracked: nested Git repository) and say how to track it (remove its .git, or add it as a subrepo with oxy submodule add).
