Andy, 2026-09-30: cross-compile from Linux (zig for Linux glibc 2.28+ and macOS, MinGW for Windows) with scripts/dist.sh: .tar.gz for Linux x86_64/arm64 and macOS x86_64/arm64, .zip for Windows x86_64, .deb for amd64/arm64, SHA256SUMS; released as v0.1.0 (prerelease) on oxygenhub.io with install instructions in the README. oh is released separately from oxygenhub.
