Undo is only 'undo the last operation'. Add: oxy op restore OP (the repository's references as they were after OP, recorded as a new operation), oxy op revert OP (undo just OP's reference changes, keeping later operations), and a global --at-op OP that runs read-only commands on the view as it was after OP.
