From ~/oxygen_feedback.md issue #36 (vampirekiller, 2026-10-05): with develop 13 behind its remote, bookmark switch develop checked out the stale state; pull then left the working copy behind; checkout --carry refused because the subrepo directory counted as a change; only --discard worked. Wanted: switch says (or does) the pull when the bookmark is only behind; pull checks out when the working copy is clean apart from untracked files; a pinned subrepo's directory is not a working-copy change of the parent.
