This week's oxy work for Andy's daily use: issue #72-issue #79 (prompt with subrepos, catching up a stale bookmark, bookmark set fast-forward, bookmark show, clearer submodule and cat messages, resumable and recoverable git import), issue #81 bounded git verify. Partial merges (issue #80) ship behind OXY_IMPORT_PARTIAL_MERGES=1 until verified at depth. Flow-built and attested as 0.4.0 was; apt serves it.
