Reading a file at a bookmark on a large conflicted state takes minutes and 9 GB issue #92

On the full VS Code import (~/bench/vscode-full7.oxy on Earth, 166k changes, the state conflicted), oxy cat package.json -r main ran for over 9 minutes at 9.3 GB resident before I stopped it. On a clean 20k-commit copy, oxy cat package.json -r <change from 2016> takes 0.66 s against Git's 7 ms.
Separately, a status on a state with 88 conflicted files (~/bench/check2018.oxy) spends 4.1 s of 4.6 s rendering those 88 graphs, about 46 ms per conflicted file.
cat should build only the one file's graph, from the nearest checkpoint, as the status fast path does.
Found while measuring oxy against Git for the storage write-up (refs issue #81).
