Closes issue #102 (supermarioland2's feedback, 2026-10-10).
oxy bookmark switch and oxy checkout printed only a count ('80 removed'), and supermarioland2's switch to a bookmark lacking 80 files took VS Code's workspace file with it unnoticed. Now, under the usual line:
› removed from disk (the bookmark does not have them): a.code-workspace, docs/x.md, … and 75 more
with a warning glyph when 20 or more files go. CheckoutReport gains removed_paths (the first five). Asking before a large removal in a terminal is left for later: the clean working copy loses nothing.
Gate green (331 tests, clippy, fmt). Bookmark is main's heads plus this change.
