In crates/flow-checks/src/main.rs, lines 277–279 on 0aac9efcbeea6c5162f1ec8b3b423cd718702bd3af0cd44d5409fc2d33ca2db8. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. The cheap checks run as WASM: layout, todos, size and summary are one WASI module (crates/flow-checks, .flow/checks.wasm), so any runner with the WASM tier takes them; the fmt job checks the module is what its source builds; the build image gains wasm32-wasip1 (re-pinned e52c41a1) (closes #96)
