oxygen 397d9f98 (oxygen#35 and issue #36 to issue #39): the working-copy lock, lazy text and change skeletons in history-only loads, shared line buffers, faster graphs and checkouts. Nothing on the wire changes. Bump the pin, gate and redeploy the Earth runner.
