Andy approved the downloads (2026-10-26), on Earth only: a JDK, the Android SDK command-line tools with one platform and build-tools, the NDK, Gradle and the app's Gradle dependencies, each pinned by hash, as an image recipe like images/rust. Then oxygenhub-android#19's job: unit and screenshot tests, JUnit and coverage.

oxygenhub-android's pipeline cannot pass: jobs have no network, so Gradle cannot download its distribution or dependencies, and there is no image with a JDK and the Android SDK. Build an image recipe (as images/rust) with the JDK, the Android SDK and NDK, and a Gradle cache warmed from a project's lockfile, pinned by BLAKE3. From the oxygenhub-android review, 2026-09-30.
