Building Rust projects in a job needs gigabytes of scratch space, but a job only has its workspace (the tree plus 512 MiB) and a tmpfs taken from its memory. Accept the spec's mount for ephemeral scratch in M0: ephemeral://tmpfs, and ephemeral://disk (a fresh sparse disk on the runner), each empty at start and gone after the job.
