oxygen now uses the mimalloc allocator (oxygen#41). The Rust build image vendors every crate the three workspaces use, and mimalloc and libmimalloc-sys are not among them, so oxygen's Flow runs #150 to #153 fail to build with cargo's 'no matching package named mimalloc'. Rebuild the image (images/rust/build.sh), import it on Earth and pin the new hash in the pipelines of oxygen, oxygenhub and oxygenflow.
