Andy (2026-10-02): metalgear's functional tests outgrew the site's 60-minute job limit. A pipeline should say how long a job may take: timeout "2h" on a job, or on a sandbox as the default for its jobs (as GitHub's timeout-minutes, GitLab's timeout). The hub takes it, capped by the site's maximum (oxygenhub admin runner settings), and the runner and the lost-job reaper use the job's own limit.
