Artifacts are single fixed paths, so dist.sh had to copy versioned files to version-free names (DIST_FLAT), and attaching them to a release is done from a workstation. Allow artifact "dist" { path "/src/target/dist/*" } (each file kept under its own name), and implement the spec's publish block: on a tag, attach a job's artifacts to the release of that tag, so the attestation chain runs end to end.
