From oxygen_feedback.md (Metal Gear, 2026-10-11): a local flow built before the report output refused metalgear's pipeline with 'unknown output report', reading as an error in the pipeline, and refused every job, though functional-tests uses only artifacts. Asks: name the version ('this flow (VERSION) predates report; the pipeline may need a newer flow'), and consider a pipeline syntax version an older flow checks first, or parsing per job so jobs using only known outputs still run.
