From issue #55's description: the hub should show which hosts a run's egress sandboxes may reach (the sandbox's egress_allow), on the run page and the job, so a reviewer sees what a pipeline can talk to before it runs. The data is already in the pipeline (Sandbox.egress_allow) the hub parses.
