Andy (2026-10-25): a test report and code coverage for every project. Coverage is ready: images/rust has llvm-tools and cargo-llvm-cov (oxygenhub#113). A test report is not: libtest writes JUnit only on nightly. Add cargo-nextest (pinned, vendored like the rest) to images/rust, rebuild and re-pin it on every runner (plex-1 too), so a job runs cargo llvm-cov nextest --lcov with a nextest profile that writes JUnit: both reports from one run of the tests.
