Andy (2026-10-27), registering pluto-1: flow runner register … --ca hub-ca.pem wrote ca = "hub-ca.pem" to runner.toml, and the systemd service, started in another directory, failed at once: reading CA file hub-ca.pem: No such file or directory.

Register should copy the CA file into the Flow home and record that copy's absolute path, so the runner finds it from any working directory and after the original moves. A relative ca already in a runner.toml is read against the Flow home, where register now keeps it.
