Pin OxygenFlow's main: the store without hard links and the runner without /proc (refs #8) 114865a07877

Replaces the hand-copied strata.rs the first phone job was built with:
oxygen#141 is in oxygen's main, which OxygenFlow now pins (its pin
conflict settled with oxygen#140), and the runner reads its load and
kernel with sysinfo and uname, which Android allows.
