Andy (2026-10-25): "notifications so I know when I can land props". Before FCM (issue #16): a periodic background check (WorkManager, every 15 minutes, on any network) of GET /api/v1/user/proposals?landable=true (oxygenhub#311); a notification for each proposal that has become landable since the last check, tapping it opens the proposal, where it can be landed (issue #17). Off and on in Account; Android 13+ asks for the notification permission when it is turned on. A proposal that stops being landable and becomes landable again notifies again.
