The widget's header and the space under its runs (from a phone screenshot of 0.1.2):

• The OxygenHub mark and the "OxygenHub" title in white, so they stand out on Your sky in both themes.
• A row of counts across the bottom, each an icon with its number, each tap opening its screen in the app:
  • an envelope: unread notifications;
  • the proposal icon: proposals waiting for my review;
  • an issue icon: open issues assigned to me;
  • the runner glyph: the job the phone is running (owner/name #run job), shown only while the phone serves as a runner.
• A count of zero shows dimmed rather than disappearing, so the row keeps its shape; the runner shows only while it serves.
• Unit tests for the row's data and for a phone that is not a runner.
