The Account screen's version card says "OxygenHub 0.1.6" and "Releases are at …" even after 0.1.7 is released on oxygenhub.io. Only force-quitting and reopening the app shows "Version 0.1.7 is out".

Cause: UpdateCard asks the hub for releases once, when the card first enters composition (produceState keyed on the hub). An app that stays open (or is brought back from the background on the Account screen) never asks again.

Fix: ask again each time the app comes to the front (lifecycle resumed), so returning to the app picks up a new release without a restart.
