Reported by Andy on metalgear: 'OxygenHub: fetch failed'. The extension calls the hub with plain fetch, which does not trust Earth's self-signed certificate, although the checkout's remote names the CA (remote.earth.ca). oxy remote list --json reports it since oxygen #dfb23a3a8cfa; the extension should use it.
