A tree in the OxygenHub view container: Takes from (each subrepo with its pill as a coloured icon, behind count, open bump proposal to open/check out) and Diffuses to (consumers). Uses GET /repos/{o}/{n}/diffusion (oxygenhub). Bump proposals already appear in Proposals; this adds the status.
