What the hub added since 0.12.0: approve or reject a job waiting at a gate, expedite a run (with a reason), a job's report (manifest, report.toml, files) and timings (wait, phases, peaks, oxygenhub#348), and a run's JUnit test results in VS Code's Testing view.
