Web: keep the pointer's own shape while the hub is working 19355e2283ab

The progress cursor added its own spinning circle beside the Oxygen mark
that follows the pointer. The pointer now keeps its normal shape, so the
mark is the only sign; the header's spinning rings are unchanged.
