OXYGENHUB

/apt: install the keyring readable by apt 72cde3da4176

The page said sudo curl -o, which leaves the keyring 0600 under some
umasks; apt then cannot read it and calls it an unsupported filetype.
Pipe it through sudo tee, which writes 0644.
