deb: name the machine's architecture in the apt source 73beb84b202a

As oxy's package (oxygen#85): the source had no Architectures line, so a
machine with i386 enabled got a notice on every apt update. New installs
write this machine's architecture; an upgrade adds it to a source
written before.
