Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 2578,2610:crates/hub/src/flow.rs.

Another repository's pass is taken only on its signed receipt, re-verified from that repository's store and its key not revoked; only passes that ran there (closes #296's C2, refs #296)
