In crates/hub/src/maintenance.rs, lines 19–21 on 2bbdc0268c23bb07c0fd0ea8922eb70e8bfa18da6bb303ec4a59e7ab5dae7fe2. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here.
