In crates/hub/src/protocol.rs, lines 64–90 on 4745b9844987f696f39f21d7036d00f92adec2b9a507e740fdb7bd28f5fd1d72. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 64,90:crates/hub/src/protocol.rs.

OxygenFlow claims list the state's pinned Oxygen subrepos that the pusher can read, and the job token may read those repositories too
