In crates/hub/src/protocol.rs, lines 64–90 on 7493abf94a41b0ec121d076dfa315ff56c4c04811cf28a68a1517f94a6fc1bf6. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 64,90:crates/hub/src/protocol.rs.

OxygenFlow claims list the state's pinned Oxygen subrepos that the pusher can read, and the job token may read those repositories too
