In crates/hub/src/config.rs, lines 492–512 on 75491d35c25886496029302d868644f9c2b8bd3c47559f921120abd025fe3c88. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here.
